If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to download, register with, access, or use our app. By downloading, accessing, registering with or using this app, you agree to this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement may change from time to time. Your continued use of this app after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Statement periodically for updates.

Our app is for use by persons who live in the United States.  We do not warrant that the app is appropriate or authorized for use in any other country.  If you live outside of the United States, you are responsible for determining whether our privacy policy and the app complies with the laws that apply to you.  If our privacy policy and the app does not comply with the laws that apply to you, you must not access or use this app.
