Veterinarian

Dr. Jessica Vasquez is from Raleigh, North Carolina, where she attended North Carolina State for her undergraduate and master’s degree. Her first career was in microbiology and pharmaceutical research, after many years in the laboratory she realized her true passion was working with animals outside the laboratory. She attended veterinary school at North Carolina State and graduated in 2018. Outside of work, Dr. Vasquez enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, Penny and Lily. She also enjoys spending a nice day out on the golf course with her significant other. Fall is her favorite season because she can get her fill of college football and cheer on her alma mater—GO WOLFPACK!
