Tarah Poochigian, RVT

Tarah has been with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2007 starting as a veterinary assistant in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. Since then, she has become licensed as an RVT and moved back to her hometown of Bakersfield, California to open Banfield East Bakersfield in 2013. Tarah is a licensed RVT in California since 2011, and can often be seen in the hospital administering care to patients and providing technician appointments to eligible patients. She has a bachelors of science from Cal Poly Pomona in Animal Health Science, and is currently working towards her MBA with Texas A&M University. When not in the hospital, Tarah enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as their 2 border collies. They can often be found at the dog park, beach, and occasionally hiking in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
