How do you use AutoShip?

Simply select AutoShip when you check out. Pick your delivery schedule and look for your product to ship on the selected date. You can even set different delivery schedules for different items — your payment method is billed right when items ship.

How do I change my AutoShip options? 

You can change your payment method, address and delivery schedule for any item up to three days prior to your next shipment date. Just log in to your account to get started > click on My orders > click on AutoShip orders > select Edit AutoShip order on the AutoShip product you would like to change.

Can I cancel AutoShip?

AutoShip orders can be cancelled any time up to three days prior to your next scheduled shipment date, there is no commitment. Just log in to your account to get started  > click on My orders  > click on AutoShip orders > select Cancel order on the AutoShip product you would like to cancel.

How much does shipping cost with AutoShip?

Standard pharmacy orders over $49 ship for free. Shipping charges do apply for single doses, temperature controlled shipments and diets.
