Shipping rates

The estimated transit times and final shipping costs are provided during checkout.
The classes below ship separately: multiple rates may apply, one for each ship class in an order.

• Standard orders can be shipped to AK/HI, but we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico at this time. We cannot ship temperature-controlled products to AK/HI.
• For prescription (Rx) items: Allow 2-3 days for veterinary approval.
• Please note: Order items may ship separately.

P.O. boxes:

• All UPS options must be sent to a physical address.
• P.O. boxes can be used for Standard and USPS Priority shipping methods only.
• No P.O. boxes for expedited orders.

The following rates apply to all standard pharmacy orders:

• Exceptions include RemindMe single doses, temperature-controlled shipments.

The following rates apply to temperature-controlled shipments:

• Orders only ship Monday-Thursday and will not be processed the day before a major holiday.
• The weekly shipment cut-off time is Thursday at 3 p.m. PST.
• Temperature-controlled products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
• If shipping to extreme temperature zones, please consider shipping to a location where someone is available to receive the package promptly.
