Amanda Vegter, DVM

Dr. Amanda Vegter joined the Banfield team in 2023. She attended Colorado State University and graduated in 2023 with a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Vegter enjoys working for Banfield as a Veterinarian and takes pride in surgery, dentistry, dermatology, and preventative care. Dr. Vegter has 1 dog, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling, international veterinary volunteering, scuba diving, backpacking with her significant other and their fur kiddos, and yoga. She also loves a good theme party and a night of dancing at Red Rocks with friends. Dr. Vegter passionately believes in Banfield’s mission — creating a better world for pets — by providing compassionate care to all and learning more about the human/animal bond through her experiences volunteering and training at a variety of clinics and rescues.
