Catherine Chaffin, DVM

Dr. Chaffin grew up in Arkansas, where she remained until obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. She spent five months abroad with Youth With A Mission before taking a job as a zookeeper at the Jackson Zoo for a year, working with a variety of mostly African animals which included primates, hoof stock, birds, hippos, rhinos, and lemurs. She then moved to Louisiana to attend veterinary school. She moved to Colorado after graduation. She has two children, two dogs, and two cats. She enjoys spending time outdoors, seeing new places, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to learning new surgical procedures and serving the pets and families of Banfield.
